The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in construction . This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives on relationship-building, understands construction processes, and can identify and secure high-value opportunities.
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry engagement
Prepare and deliver skilled presentations, estimates, and proposals
Lead commercial bid submissions and negotiate contracts
Close deals that meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen lead generation initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends
Qualifications
Valid drivers License and vehicle
5 years of experience in Construction (Mandatory)
3 years of sales experience
Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends
Asset: Bilingual
