Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and nursing procedures within LPN scope
Monitor and report resident health status changes
Implement individualized care plans collaboratively
Maintain accurate documentation in Point Click Care, eMAR
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma required
Current BCCNM registration in positive standing
Preferred experience in long-term care or assisted living
Availability for overnight shifts (23:00–07:00)
