Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Assist with product demonstrations and upselling additional items to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and merchandising displays.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.




Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers during peak hours.

Skills
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in technology sales, including familiarity with product demos and technical sales techniques.
Experience in retail sales and merchandising is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
