As an Asset Protection Partner, you will play a vital role in loss prevention efforts, providing professional client service and managing surveillance operations. You will conduct self-audits and communicate findings to enhance inventory management, collaborating with the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the sales floor using surveillance systems
Prepare reports on theft incidents and audits
Train current employees on loss prevention techniques
Conduct safety inspections and self-audits
Assist in developing shrinkage prevention plans
Requirements:
1 year of asset protection experience in retail
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
