Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You will play a crucial role in their development by implementing age-appropriate activities and fostering a love for learning.
Duties:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote child development
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
Engage children in educational activities, including reading, writing, math, and arts and crafts
Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field




Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
Solid organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities and materials
Proficient computer skills for record keeping and communication purposes
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
Ability to write reports, lesson plans, and other educational materials
Bilingual abilities are a plus
