Responsibilities
We need our candidates to be robust with Math and be comfortable with calculations.
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Engage in upselling opportunities by effectively communicating the benefits of additional products or services.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in both English and Punjabi is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a energetic environment.
