Duties
Warmly greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize room turnover and guest satisfaction
Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their experience




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area and waiting areas
Collaborate with teammates during busy hours

Skills
Solid guest services skills with a welcoming attitude and positive communication style
Smart Serve
Fluent in Korean and English
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of POS systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Professional phone etiquette for handling reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns
Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across customer-focused roles

Pay: $17.60 per hour
