Responsibilities
Greet patients with a friendly and skilled attitude.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Manage patient records and update information.
Process payments and insurance information.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers and learning dental software.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous dental office experience is an asset but not required.
