Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic Sales Associate/Cashier to sell cookies at our vendor booth during the Stampede. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting customers with product information and demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
Set up and tear down the booth as needed
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Staying active during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations

Skills
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods

Strong communication
Upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
