Extendicare is seeking a Registered Nurse for part time shifts to ensure high-quality care for residents. You will assist in assessments, manage nursing staff, and monitor care plans to improve resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide care following nursing standards and physician orders
Assist in assessment and monitoring of patient care
Manage and evaluate nursing and personal care staff
Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals
Provide leadership in absence of the Director of Care

Requirements:
Current nursing certificate from approved institutions
Registered/eligible for registration in the province
Experience in community or long-term care
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
