In this full time, 11-month term role, you will be integral to the Women in Trades Committee, overseeing daily operations and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful training programs that align with strategic objectives while promoting workforce development for women in skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement training initiatives aligned with program goals
Act as primary contact for participants and partners
Develop reports and presentations for program tracking
Coordinate logistics and resources for training events
Support promotion and engagement activities

Requirements:
Degree in education, event management, or similar
Minimum 2 years of program coordination experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational abilities and project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
