Key Responsibilities
Develop current business by identifying, prospecting, and converting leads into active clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales, consistent follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
Support existing client accounts by identifying staffing needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and permanent placement opportunities.
Manage multiple client and candidate priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment while meeting deadlines and activity goals.
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a positive client and candidate experience.
