We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Line Cook & General Help. This versatile role involves food preparation, cooking, and assisting with various restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
Support food service operations by helping serve customers when needed
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory levels




Contribute to a positive dining experience by providing friendly and efficient service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas

Skills
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff members
Good communication skills to assist with customer service when necessary
Flexibility to assist with various roles within the restaurant as needed
