Description: To ensure participants are using the course in a safe and enjoyable manner.

Requirements:
> Should be 18 years + of age, very responsible, relatively fit and have excellent people skills.
> Complete a training course covering equipment usage, rescue training, risk management and overall safety.
> Must have current Emergency First Aid Training
> Enjoy working outdoors rain or shine and at heights of over 40ft.

> Must have a reliable means of transportation to Cornwall.
> Be willing to work a variety of shifts between 9 am and 8 pm Monday to Sunday; mid-May to mid-October.
> Climbing or High Ropes experience is desirable.

Salary: $17.00 - $17.50 an hour. (based on experience)

Dates: Full time or Part time beginning based on given course hours.

Duties Include:




> Interacting with course participants in a friendly and skilled manner.
> Fitting participants with gear and training them on how to navigate the course safely.
> Evaluate participants ability during and after ground school and offer appropriate feedback and instruction.
> Assist participants who are struggling on the course and perform rescues if needed.
> Repair minor damages to the course.
> Inspect course prior to opening and assist with necessary adjustments.
> Correcting those who are NOT using the course safely and removing them if necessary.
> Facilitating the Laser Tag equipment and overseeing client's games.
> Ensure course is kept tidy and litter free.
> Complete and log various reports.
> Performing additional tasks as requested by the Course Supervisor.
