The Guest House Manager plans, organizes and directs the daily operations of Whale House, a four-suite boutique guest house in Mobile, NL.

Main duties: Set and manage room pricing, availability and channel distribution across direct booking and OTA platforms (Shopify, Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia). Oversee the full guest lifecycle: reservations, check-in/out, guest communications and issue resolution. Manage budgets, supplier and vendor relationships, and inventory. Maintain property standards including suites, hot tubs, sauna and grounds; coordinate turnover and housekeeping. Monitor occupancy, revenue and guest-review performance and report to ownership. Administer the property’s reservation, CRM and automation systems supporting these operations.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations, property/office administration, or technology-driven client services. Robust written and spoken English. Organized, reliable, able to manage operations independently. Valid driver’s licence an asset.

Pay: $19.50-$20.00 per hour
