We're currently hiring dependable and motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to help us deliver top-quality meals and excellent service.

Job Overview

As a Line Cook or Prep Cook at The Basilico, you'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to standard, and working closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth, efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes from both Italian and South Asian menus
Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Set up and maintain clean, stocked stations
Assist in daily prep tasks: slicing, marinating, portioning, etc.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Communicate clearly with team members and management




Follow opening/closing procedures as scheduled

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
Familiarity with Italian or South Asian cuisine is a plus
Ability to follow recipes and kitchen protocols
Strong communication and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Weekend and evening availability required
