Duties
Communicate clearly with clients to confirm pick-up and drop-off details, providing friendly and skilled service throughout each trip
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols diligently to ensure passenger safety at all times
Collaborate closely with your partner team member to coordinate routes efficiently and deliver seamless service
Document trip details accurately in logs or digital systems as required

Requirements




Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with clients
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients
A proactive attitude towards safety, punctuality, and delivering outstanding service
