Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales prospects while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and appealing through effective merchandising
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation to keep the sales floor inviting and efficient

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising standards is advantageous
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a tidy sales area
