Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our establishment.

Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.




Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience.
Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
