We're looking for an experienced Red Seal Certified Carpenter to join our growing team as a Lead Carpenter/Crew Lead.

This is a full time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and has the skills to complete projects from start to finish.

Qualifications
Red Seal Certified Carpenter
Proven experience leading a crew and managing projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions on site
Must be able to read and interpret house plans and blueprints
Must be capable of completing a project from start to finish, including:
Concrete footings to trim work
Framing
Window and door installation
Deck construction
Garage packages
Various types of siding
General residential carpentry
Willingness to learn and work with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).



Previous ICF experience is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew on residential construction projects
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Coordinate daily work and maintain productivity on site
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Maintain a clean, protected, and professional job site

What We Offer
$35.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
