RPO Recruitment is currently hiring Production Machine Operators for our manufacturing client in Scarborough, Ontario. We are looking for motivated, safety-conscious individuals with manufacturing experience who are committed to producing high-quality products while working in a quick-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns to supervisors.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Follow GMP, SQF, workplace safety, and food safety procedures.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2–5 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
