4 day work week with optional Fridays Hours: 7:30am - ~4:30pm

Drivers License is an absolute requirement.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of concrete work, including forming, finishing. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for assisting in the installation and finishing of concrete structures while adhering to safety protocols and project specifications.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways.
Perform rebar installation to reinforce concrete structures as per project specifications.
Utilize carpentry skills to construct forms for pouring concrete.
Conduct concrete finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities.
Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.




Perform heavy lifting as necessary during construction activities.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and protected work setting.

Requirements
Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
Familiarity with rebar installation, concrete forming, techniques is essential.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and understanding of construction practices is required.
Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting and long hours on-site.
