Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscaping/Hardscaping Crew Member to join our landscaping construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on a variety of projects, including paver and wall installation, planting, artificial turf installation and heavy duty equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building beautiful landscapes, a strong work ethic, and an interest in developing further skills within landscaping. This position is suitable for individuals eager to do meaningful work while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
Assist in installing various hardscape and softscape features to a high standard while following project plans and standard operating procedures
Operate equipment such as excavators and power tools safely and effectively
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment and site infrastructure




Operate company trucks and trailers in a safe manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations
Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor operations

Experience
Prior experience with landscaping and hardscaping is required. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 6 months experience.
Experience with using power tools is required.
Experience with operating heavy machinery such as excavators and skid steers is a plus.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, or construction is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work with others and a proactive attitude toward the work and learning recent skills in landscape construction environments is required

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
