Duties:
Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned by supervisor
Conduct facilities maintenance and repairs as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive workflow

Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to read English
Basic knowledge of general tools is necessary
Experience in maintenance and construction

Your day to day will include a variety of work ranging from small tasks such as repairing a door or window, door lock, replacing casing or baseboard, plaster, painting, cleaning out eaves-trough, garage door repairs, outdoor painting, landscaping etc.

If you are more experienced, your work can range from roof repairs, installing insulation, foundation work, replacement of commercial doors and windows, balcony and railing repairs, operation of heavy equipment, plumbing, carpentry, countertop installation, drywall, flooring, etc.

travel is often part of the job, a company vehicle is provided, as the work requirements come from Brockville, Prescott, Cornwall, Smith Falls, Kingston and Ottawa.

Working at Heights, and all other relevant training certificates, are assets. If a candidate does not already have relevant certificates, the training will be provided. All necessary training is provided to all employees before commencement of a job to ensure a secure work environment.
