Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
Apply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment in accordance with project specifications
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks
Perform restoration work on existing structures to improve appearance and durability
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met efficiently

Requirements
Prior experience in painting, restoration, or industrial painting preferred
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Experience with residential and commercial painting projects
Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines




Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, climbing scaffolding or ladders
Knowledge of caulking techniques and rigging procedures is advantageous
A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites

Responsibilities

Paint interior and exterior residential and commercial projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Deliver work that meets CPM's high standards of quality
