Job Summary

At Mathnasium, our mission is to teach children math in a way that makes sense to them, building confidence and a lifelong love of learning. We are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and engaging instructors who are passionate about helping students succeed in Math.

Responsibilities
Teach students using the Mathnasium Method™. Training will be provided.
Provide engaging, individualized instruction to students of varying skill levels.
Assess students (Kindergarten-Grade 12) understanding and adapt instruction as needed.
Create a positive, encouraging, and productive learning setting.
Communicate professionally with center staff and parents when appropriate.
Maintain accurate student progress records and follow center procedures.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
Robust understanding of elementary, middle school, and high school mathematics.
Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, patient, and qualified with a positive attitude.
Passion for working with children and helping them build confidence in math.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
