Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing recommendations when needed
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management
Ensure all food handling and serving procedures adhere to food safety regulations and best practices
Engage with guests to create a welcoming workplace, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality standards
Experience using POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Proven ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining high-quality service
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices in serving, hospitality, and food safety regulations
