Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer menu recommendations, and ensure a delightful, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
Order Fulfillment: Carefully box and package cupcakes and other baked goods, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
POS Operation: Process cash and card payments accurately using our POS system.
Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and visually appealing display counter and storefront throughout your shift.
Restocking & Prep: Assist in restocking display cases, replenishing packaging materials,
and completing light prep or cleaning tasks as assigned.
Barista Duties
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a major asset.
Qualified, polite, and positive attitude.
Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods.
Robust attention to detail (making sure boxes of cupcakes are perfect for special events).

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
