Role and Responsibilities
Install agriculture equipment
Represent Norwell Dairy in a professional manner with peers and customers
Work independently while communicating within a team environment




Continued training as needed: on the job, in the classroom, and through book-learning with manuals
Other prospects as the business needs grow
Will be required to take a turn with after-hours service schedule once adequately trained

Skills and Qualifications
Problem solving, trouble shooting, and critical thinking.
Able to work with minimal supervision. Can see what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it.
Drive to grow within the organization and keep current with new products and processes
Milking equipment/Agriculture knowledge and experience is an asset, but not a requirement

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
