Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and order processing
Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades
Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue




Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid data entry skills with attention to detail
Multilingual abilities, particularly bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and excellent interpersonal skills
