Robin Eye Window Cleaning Ltd. is hiring entry-level technicians who are ready to learn a skilled trade in exterior cleaning. We are a premium, fast-paced service company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning, and we train the right people from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Assist with residential and commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)
Work on ladders (up to 32 ft) and learn safe height practices
Support senior technicians with:
Screen cleaning and track detailing
Equipment setup and teardown
Water-fed pole systems
Perform additional services such as:
Gutter cleaning
Maintain a clean, professional job site and strong customer experience
What We’re Looking For
No experience required – we will train
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and dependable (this is critical)
Positive communication skills with team members and customers
Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
Must have a working cell phone
What You’ll Get
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Full-time seasonal work (30–40 hours/week)
Company vehicle provided (travel directly to job sites)
Hands-on training with a clear path to advancement
Opportunity to move into Level 2 and Level 3 roles
