Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our restaurant’s standards, ensuring high-quality meal presentation and timely service. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed during all stages of meal preparation
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or needed supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours





Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly preferred
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality standards
