Your Role and Responsibilities

- Assist clients during the selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to deliver value to clients.
- Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management activities, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop process maps to capture As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios.
