In this pivotal role, the CEO will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership at Pathways. Your experience in health and community services will guide effective governance and foster robust ties with local partners. Lead efforts in quality improvement and enhance accessibility for children and families in the region.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide the organization's vision and operational strategy • Collaborate with the Board to ensure actionable governance • Oversee multidisciplinary program delivery and quality assurance • Build community relations for funding and advocacy • Mentor senior leadership to cultivate a high-performing culture

Requirements: • Advanced degree in relevant fields • Seven years of senior management experience in similar sectors • Knowledge of legislative requirements in children’s services • Proven success in program oversight and quality improvement • Valid Ontario driver's license required
