results. We are currently seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer to join our busy practice.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and
administrative disputes, and other areas of interest to the candidate.
Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Manage discovery processes including depositions and document production.
Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD)



or equivalent legal degree.
Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
Commitment to client service and professional excellence.
