What You’ll Do
Learn heat treating processes and protected equipment operation
Load, fixture, and process customer parts
Assist with hardness testing and paperwork
Operate forklifts, hoists, and cleaning equipment
Support production flow to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe work area

What You Need
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid Class 5 driver’s license + reliable vehicle (mandatory – no transit access)
Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons/nights)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Able to pass a pre-employment fitness test

Assets (not required):
Shop or manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude or technical training

Work Environment




Industrial shop (heat, noise, physical work)
PPE required (provided)
Active role – standing, lifting, moving parts
