Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and effective Barista/Customer Service team member to join our vibrant bubble tea shop. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer interaction, food handling, and cash management.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, smoothies, bowls, and other beverages following company standards.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to ensure a positive experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and cashiering procedures.
Assist with food preparation and food safety practices to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space throughout shifts.




Manage time effectively to serve customers efficiently during busy periods.
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.

Experience
Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering roles is beneficial.
Good math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
