Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. This position requires the individual to travel across the province of NB and NS for various projects. These stays are paid by the company along with all expenses.
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working workplace
Perform general crack sealing duties safely
Experience
Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Strong physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
