About Us Progressive Machine is a fast-paced industrial shop in northeast Winnipeg. We aren't a "production line" factory—we do real custom fabrication and heavy industrial repairs.

What You’ll Do: Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints to layout and fit complex assemblies.
Repair industrial components (cylinders, frames, etc.)



and build new custom parts.
Maintain a high standard of weld aesthetics and structural integrity.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3–5+ years in a custom fab or repair shop.
Certification: CWB or Red Seal is an asset, but we hire based on the "Shop Test." If you can weld, we want to see it.
Blueprints: Must be able to work from drawings independently.
Reliability: Own basic gear and have reliable transport to 961 Redonda St.
