Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks that support our operations. This role requires attention to detail, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Feed, monitor and respond to alarms on fish health
Collect and analyze data related to equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Weight samples, grading, vaccinating, shipping fish
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Work in a team and be able to work alone, unsupervised
Drive a standard tractor around oxygen lines and water intakes carefully




Be aware of what is going on at all times

Skills
Proficient in basic math skills
Strong ability in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Robust communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
