Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, focusing on concrete work, framing, siding, and restoration tasks. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail
Install siding and other exterior finishes using hand tools and power tools efficiently
Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, or material placement as needed
Use woodworking skills for framing, custom carpentry, or structural modifications
Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique
Utilize welding techniques when necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures
Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times





Qualifications
Proven experience in construction with a focus on carpentry, concrete finishing, or related trades
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Familiarity with concrete forming, siding installation, welding, and woodworking techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges on-site
Valid construction experience with a commitment to safety standards and procedures
