Position Overview: Lead the creation of unique designs for private residential, ultra-luxury, modern projects.



Manage project development, client meetings, and guide our internal design team to realize exceptional visions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead client meetings and manage project development
Create and edit floor plans, exterior and interior designs
Style interiors and select materials with unique applications
Develop visual aids and renders that communicate design intent
Produce comprehensive working drawings

Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of related experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or Interior Design
Proven track record of robust design and creativity
Experience managing multi-million dollar builds and designs
Proficiency in design software (ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 plus project bonuses
