Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in customer service and a love for coffee, with the ability to prepare beverages and food items efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.




Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements
Previous barista experience or relevant experience in the food industry is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy workplace.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
