We are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Excavation Lead Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on position leading a crew of 2–3 employees on residential excavation and site servicing projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily crew operations
Dig and prepare residential foundations
Install underground pipework and drainage systems
Perform driveway grading and site regrading
Operate excavation equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards
Read and work from site plans and grades
Assist with hardscaping projects (asset)
Communicate with clients about daily progress

Qualifications:
3+ years residential excavation experience




Previous crew leadership experience preferred
Experience with grading, excavation, and underground services
Hardscaping experience considered an asset
Solid work ethic and communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
