Duties
Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver medications to customers’ residences, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
Load and unload medication packages, often requiring heavy lifting and moving items within the vehicle or at delivery sites
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and provide exceptional service
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and ensure all deliveries are completed on time
Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving stock or supplies when necessary, utilizing forklift skills if certified




Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive medications, ensuring security and confidentiality at all times
Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve overall delivery efficiency

Experience
Prior experience in commercial driving or courier services is highly desirable
Warehouse experience including moving heavy items or operating equipment such as forklifts is a plus
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently during deliveries or warehouse tasks
Familiarity with moving items within storage or distribution environments enhances performance in this role
