We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our optical store. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and customers in a warm, professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Assist customers with selecting eyewear and provide product information.
Process sales, payments, and insurance paperwork.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Work closely with opticians and the rest of the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Optical experience is an asset but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
