Duties
Supervise roofing crews to ensure timely, safe, and effective completion of projects in accordance with project plans and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes and quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align project schedules, materials delivery, and scope of work
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes
Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards throughout each phase of roofing installation

Experience




Proven supervising experience in commercial roofing or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques
Extensive construction experience with a focus on quality control, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
Demonstrated ability to read construction drawings accurately and perform construction estimating for roofing projects
Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards specific to commercial roofing projects
Experience managing timelines, and resources effectively in a fast-paced setting
