We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing current business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities
Drive outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and networking
Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and leveraging marketing strategies
Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product benefits and value propositions
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively




Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
Support business development initiatives by analyzing sales data, market feedback, and competitor activities

Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management roles
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and sales metrics
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Pay: $35,780.37-$76,445.34 per year
