We’re looking for an experienced and personable Bartender/Server to join the team at Positive Company.
The ideal candidate thrives in a hospitality environment, genuinely enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently balance bartending, serving, and guest experience. We’re looking for someone who brings restaurant experience, attention to detail, and a positive, team-first attitude to every shift.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Prepare beer, cocktails, and mixed drinks with consistency and efficiency
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area
Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service standards are followed
Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs accurately
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain smooth service
Ensure all alcohol, supplies, and service areas are stored and maintained properly
Help create a warm, energetic, and memorable guest experience
Qualifications
Previous bartending and/or serving experience in a bar or restaurant setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and general beverage service
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid Food Safety certification (willingness to obtain upon employment)
Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification (or willingness to obtain)
