Lakeside Ford is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. If you're a motivated finance professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive leadership team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Oversee all dealership accounting operations and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
Work closely with dealership management to support business decisions and operational goals.
Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications
Accounting designation (CPA preferred) or equivalent accounting experience.




Previous experience as a Controller or senior accounting qualified, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes is considered an asset.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Experience with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
